Core Property Management
Core Property Management provides and administers unlisted property funds in Denmark, Germany and Poland.
We follow an investment profile focusing on metropolises expected to have economic and population growth.
We administer properties for 23 billion DKK with 14,100 tenancies split in nine funds.
Core Property Management is authorised by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority as manager of alternative investment funds (FAIF).
We are 24 employees and three student workers.
We are a lean and efficient organisation with a commercial attitude.
We outsource when appropriate to professional partners in order to stay focused on the essential of fund and property management. Outsourcing requires control and monitoring – as well as considerable travel activities.
Group of owners
Core Property Management P/S is owned by three Danish banks (Nykredit, Spar Nord and Sydbank) as well as the company partner group.
Nykredit owns 20%, Sydbank 20%, Spar Nord Bank 20% and the company partner group 40%.
Core Bolig X – New fund
Property projects in Greater Copenhagen
Core Bolig X follows an investment profile focusing on property projects in Greater Copenhagen which is defined through the Finger Plan.
The plan has since 1947 provided a framework for the overall development of the Greater Copenhagen area, and was adopted as national directive by the Danish Business Authority in 2019.
It is possible to subscribe for Core Bolig X till 30 December 2020. One closing has already taken place at the end of October 2019 which provided a capital base of 286.5 million DKK.
We expect the next subscription to take place in spring 2020.
