Core Property Management

 

Core Property Management provides and administers unlisted property funds in Denmark, Germany and Poland.

We follow an investment profile focusing on metropolises expected to have economic and population growth.

We administer properties for close to 34 billion DKK with 15,800 tenancies split in 10 funds. The rental area covers 1.25 million m2 and is distributed across 463 properties.

Core Property Management is authorised by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority as manager of alternative investment funds (FAIF).

We are 37 employees.

We are a lean and efficient organisation with a commercial attitude.

We outsource when appropriate to professional partners in order to stay focused on the essential of fund and property management. Outsourcing requires control and monitoring – as well as considerable travel activities.

Group of owners

Core Property Management P/S is owned by three Danish banks (Nykredit, Spar Nord and Sydbank) as well as the company partner group.

Nykredit owns 20%, Sydbank 20%, Spar Nord Bank 20% and the company partner group 40%.
